Step 1 to Begin on your way to a Fat Burning Body

Step 1: Assess yourself - find out where you are at:
* Take a photo (in a swimsuit, front, side and back view)
* Take tape measurements (bust, waist, hips, thighs)
* Weight yourself
* Body fat% taken
* Clothes - put on favorite pair of jeans to use as a measure
