Step 6: Practice Yoga, Meditation & Pilates

These next three disciplines will aid in you achieving your fat burning body. Let me explain in a little more detail.

Some types of yoga practice are: Bikrum (in the heat), Hatha, Ashtunga.

Pilates - this workout is to help engage core abdominal muscles and tighten up the mid-section. It is great to improve posture and gives you more body awareness. Pilates also strengthens your body with correct muscle movement patterns and no bulk to create a more lean, toned, slender shape body.

Types of Pilates are: floor or matt work pilates and reformer pilates. No matter what age or physical condition it will work for you.
