Step 7: Your Diet
Fat burning and weight loss all come down to one important equation which is energy in = energy out if you are not watching what you put in your mouth to what exercise you are expending out then you will never get results!
To begin - start with a 7 day food diary and HONESTLY write down what you are putting in your mouth every detail of food, fluid and activity you do on each day. Just doing this simple exercise will begin to give you more awareness about what you are ACTUALLY eating.
The basics of any healthy diet begins with quantities from each of the following food groups as follows:
Vegetables/Fruits/Grains - eat lots
Meat/Fish/Poultry/Eggs - eat some
Milk/Yoghurt/Cheese/butter - eat little
Sugar/fats/oil - tiny bit
