Step 9: Use a training diary
This is one of the best things you can do to organise your training and schedule exercise into your day, week, life!
To start: set up a weekly planner and decide what exercise you will do when? eg.
Mon Tues Wed Thurs Fri Sat Sun
weights yoga rest run weights run Pilates
Once you have a plan it makes it much easier to do and take action on.
Next you need to record what you are doing on each day for example.
Record your weights exercises and the sets and reps to perform.
eg. Weights - DB Lunge Sets x 2 Reps x 15
This is important so you notice your progession and improvement.
