Step 11: Reward Yourself
As you continue on your fat burning body journey ensure that when you reach a milestone such as a mini goal reward yourself.
Rewards can be big or small depending on your goal reached!
Some examples of rewards can be as follows:
* Have a bath
* Have a massage
* Buy a new pair of running shoes
* Buy a new piece of clothing
* Go on a holiday
* Go to a day spa and be pampered
Whatever reward it is make sure its important to YOU and something you really WANT that way it makes it all worth it.
